Fees
At the Larrabee Center, every evaluation is individual and unique to each patient. Because of this, determining your specific needs and the fees associated relies upon a variety of factors. During the initial consultation, you will receive a quote for all recommended procedures that will include a breakdown of fees. Our Financial Coordinator is readily available to answer any questions and discuss payment options.
Policies
The initial consultation fee is $80.00 and is due at the time of service. This amount is credited towards any fees that may apply within the following year.
A nonrefundable deposit of $500.00 is required once surgery has been scheduled. This deposit reserves the surgery date and is credited towards the balance due.
The balance of fees due is to be paid in full at the pre-operative appointment or three weeks prior to the scheduled surgery, whichever is first. Once a procedure is scheduled and the fee collected, the Larrabee Center generally does not provide refunds. If your surgery is rescheduled after payment has been made, there will be a fee applied of 10% of the total cost. Of course, exceptions are made for life threatening emergencies or medical illnesses prior to the procedure. In these instances, the rescheduling fee does not apply.
Acceptable forms of payment include:
Cash
Personal Checks
Cashiers Checks
Visa or Mastercard
We do not offer payment plans
Our physicians will never compromise your health or surgical outcome to conform to previously anticipated or communicated anesthesia and facility time. Accordingly, on rare occasions, anesthesia and facility time may exceed the original estimate, and charges will be billed directly.
Because Facial Plastic Surgery is artistic, on occasion, revisions may be necessary. Such revisions are performed within one year of the original surgery, and although there generally is not a charge for most revisions, facility and anesthesia fees apply for such procedures. The Larrabee Center reserves the right to determine whether a revision is appropriate and what the procedure will entail. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please ask your surgeon.
