It is the Larrabee Center’s goal to provide its patients with excellent surgical outcomes in the safest and most pleasant environment available.

Our patients can feel at ease knowing they are cared for by a staff with the finest education and years of operating and recovery experience. All staff responsible for patient care has Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) credentials. A team atmosphere and ongoing education and skill building fosters a staff that loves what they do, and means our patients receive only the safest, most comfortable and professional care available during your facial plastic surgery procedures.

    • Sherry Gizewski
      Practice Manager

      Sherry Gizewski joined the Larrabee Center in 2005 as Practice Manager. She has more than 20 years of experience managing successful, patient-centric private medical practices. Prior to her role at the Larrabee Center, Sherry was the Chief Practice Administrator for Golden Gate Obstetrics and Gynecology in San Francisco and, prior to that, the West Wilshire Medical Surgery Center in Los Angeles.

      Sherry is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she obtained both her Bachelor of Arts in English and a post-graduate accreditation in the Management and Administration of Health Care Organizations.

      Sherry manages every aspect of the Surgical and Aesthetic Center and is singularly focused on enhancing your experience.

    • Sue Harrington, R.N.
      Clinical Nurse Manager

      Sue Harrington is a Seattle native, attending Shoreline College and the University of Washington. Directly after graduation from nursing school, Sue began her career in the operating room at Medical Dental Hospital. It is there that she received specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, working with the regions’ finest plastic surgeons.

      As a contract OR nurse, Sue was able to further her specialization working with many plastic surgeons in Seattle and Bellevue, both in the operating room as a private scrub and first assistant in the hospital as well as office based and clinical settings.

      As Clinical Nurse Manager, Sue brings over 25 years of experience in caring for patients. Sue works closely with our physicians and patients from the consult, preoperative visit and throughout the surgical experience. She finds her position very rewarding and truly enjoys making sure you have a wonderful experience start to finish.

      Sue has been married to husband Tom for 25 years and have raised two wonderful sons together. In addition to time with her family, Sue enjoys long walks with her Wheaten Terrier, Riley, and traveling, cooking, and gardening.

    • Kendi Locknane, R.N.
      Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse

      Kendi Locknane graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993. Kendi has a wealth of experience which includes working in the operating room, intensive care unit,and in the post-anesthesia care unit.

      Kendi has been a part of the Larrabee Center team since 2001 and has had the privilege of traveling to China with Dr. Larrabee for a Smile China cleft lip and palate medical mission.

      Kendi and her husband Tim live in Bothell and are raising four beautiful children.

    • Sharon Trageser, R.N.
      Operating Room Circulating Nurse

      Sharon Trageser brings with her over 23 years of operating room experience at Virginia Mason Hospital. She truly enjoys being in the OR and finds her work very fulfilling. In addition, Sharon has also had the opportunity to participate in several medical missions around the world with Operation Smile.

      Sharon has been married to husband Dave for over 26 years and have raised 3 beautiful daughters together. She enjoys traveling, skiing, biking, swimming, knitting and gardening.

    • Erin Vernon, R.N.
      Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse

      Erin graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. While at SPU, she was given the opportunity to complete her Senior Internship in the Intensive Care Unit.

      After graduation and with the help of the internship, Erin was accepted into an RN position in Critical Care—rare for a new graduate! She has since worked in the ICU/CCU setting for more than seven years and gained a CCRN (Critical Care RN) certification along with valuable skills caring for the sickest patients and supporting their families.

      With a growing family of her own, Erin recently made the change to join the team at Larrabee Center in order to work part-time and continue to use her critical thinking skills (that’s a nursing joke) to make the recovery process a smooth one for surgical patients.

    • Janice Davis-Niles
      Marketing Coordinator/Senior Patient Coordinator

      JaniceDavis-Niles joined the Larrabee Center Team in 2005 as a Surgical Technologist. She worked in our certified operating room with Dr. Larrabee and other members of the Surgical Team on all surgical procedures. In 2006 she was given the opportunity to split her time between the OR and the Front Office, an opportunity which she gladly seized and viewed as a wonderful chance to experience all facets of the Larrabee Center.

      Prior to her arrival at 600 Broadway, she spent 14 years working with various Seattle-area Catholic schools with their development programs. Once her daughters were grown and out of the Catholic schools, she decided to make a career change and became a Surgical Technologist. Both careers utilize her love of planning, organization, and problem solving.

      In her current position asMarketing and Senior Patient Coordinator, she coordinates the surgeons’ schedules, prepares all paperwork necessary for surgical cases, sends our quarterly e-news and special e-blasts, and plans and organizesmost special events and seminars. These tasks keep her involved with every part and function of the Larrabee Center.

      She considers it “an honor to be part of Dr. Larrabee’s outstanding team, who are all great colleagues”. For Janice, it is also an “honor to work with our fabulous patients in meeting their aesthetic and surgical needs”.

    • Susan Richardson
      Patient Financial Coordinator
      Front Office Administrator

      Susan Richardson joined the Larrabee Center in 2011 as our Front Office Administrator and Patient Financial Coordinator. She brought with her many years of experience in patient relations.She truly enjoys working closely with you throughout your experience here at the Larrabee Center.

    • Spencer Slaven
      Technical Support

      Spencer Slaven joined the Larrabee Center in 2009. He is currently enrolled at Bellevue College and is focused on obtaining a degree in Business Administration.

      Spencer works tirelessly to ensure our computers and website are running smoothly.
