Lauren Jackson-Gross is a cornerstone of the Larrabee Center, bringing over twenty-five years of expertise in advanced aesthetics since joining the team in August 2003. As the Director of Skincare and a Master Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, Lauren is deeply committed to providing exceptional care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
A graduate of the esteemed Euro Institute of Skin Care, Lauren has advanced training from the Laser Training Institute and the Dermal Institute in California. Her dedication to continuing education ensures that patients benefit from the latest innovations in skin health and rejuvenation.

Emily De Las Heras began her aesthetics career in 2017 and quickly developed a reputation for her passion for skincare and her dedication to educating patients on maintaining healthy, radiant skin. As a Master Esthetician at the Larrabee Center, Emily is committed to delivering advanced aesthetic treatments tailored to each individual’s goals.
She finds true joy in helping patients feel confident and refreshed, and she values the transformation that professional skincare treatments can bring—not only to the skin but also to a patient’s self-esteem. Her warm, approachable nature ensures every patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their skincare journey.

Marylyn J. Wilson, R.N., B.S.N., is a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic nurse injector who has been a valued member of the Larrabee Center Aesthetic Team since October 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walla Walla University and brings over 30 years of expertise in surgical reconstruction and aesthetic medicine to her practice.

Svitlahna Kasko, DNP, ARNP, is an accomplished aesthetic nurse who brings skill, precision, and a patient-centered approach to her work at the Larrabee Center. Graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University at just 20 years old, Svitlahna began her career in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room at Swedish Medical Center, where she honed her clinical expertise and commitment to patient care.
In August 2019, Svitlahna joined the Larrabee Center as a recovery nurse, and her passion for aesthetics quickly led her to pursue advanced training and education in injectables and skincare treatments. Today, she is a highly skilled nurse injector providing a wide range of non-surgical rejuvenation services tailored to help patients look and feel their best.

Faye Wu, RN, BSN, BA, is an experienced and compassionate nurse injector at the Larrabee Center, known for blending medical expertise with an artistic eye to achieve natural, balanced results. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Nursing, Faye’s unique journey into aesthetic medicine began after a successful early career as a professional makeup artist, giving her a deep appreciation for facial symmetry and beauty.
Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 2013, Faye has accumulated extensive nursing experience in acute pediatric care and perioperative nursing, which has informed her meticulous, patient-focused approach to care. Her passion for medical aesthetics led her to specialize in injectable treatments, where she excels at creating personalized plans designed to highlight each patient’s natural beauty.
Faye’s multicultural background—born and raised in China and now with over two decades of life experience across Canada and the United States—enables her to approach aesthetics with cultural sensitivity and fluency in multiple languages. Cristal Flores
Scrub Tech
Cristal graduated from Seattle Central College with an associate degree in Surgical Technology and completed her internship at Harborview Medical Center, gaining valuable experience in a high-acuity setting. She takes great pride in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their experience.
In addition to her clinical work, Cristal has demonstrated a passion for service through her participation in two medical mission trips to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with Seattle Alliance Outreach in 2015. Now part of the Larrabee Center team, Cristal brings skill, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to every procedure.
Janet Johnson, R.N., CNOR
OR Manager, Circulating Nurse
Janet graduated from nursing school in 1981 and has dedicated her career to operating room nursing, with over 40 years of experience in community hospitals, surgical centers, and a level 1 trauma center. Her expertise spans all aspects of surgical care, and she is known for her calm, skilled, and compassionate approach in the OR.
Now part of the Larrabee Center team, Janet brings her deep knowledge and commitment to patient safety and comfort to every procedure. She looks forward to contributing her experience to help ensure exceptional care and outcomes for all patients.
Tori Frank, R.N., BSN, FNP-C
Surgery Coordinator
Tori received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and spent much of her early career working in ICU and Emergency Departments in Illinois, gaining valuable critical care experience. After relocating to Seattle seven years ago, she completed her Master’s Program and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
At the Larrabee Center, Tori serves as the nurse coordinator for surgery patients, performing thorough preoperative evaluations and caring for patients as our primary PACU nurse. She is dedicated to ensuring patient safety, comfort, and a smooth surgical experience.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, embracing life’s adventures both near and far.
